My name is Niki J Foster. I am a qualified and accredited practitioner of Solution Focussed, Cognitive Behavioural and Ericksonian Hypnotherapy, EFT, NLP and Mindfulness. I trained at at the Central England College where I obtained my HPD (Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma). I am a member of the The National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and am bound by their strict Code of Ethics.
The NCH holds one of the largest registers of independent hypnotherapists in the UK and strives to maintain the highest standards among it’s members.
In 2000, I witnessed a close family member’s life literally change with 6 sessions of hypnotherapy. Having been a smoker for 14 years at that time, stopping and starting over and over, I decided to give hypnotherapy a go. I quit smoking after 1 session without having any withdrawal from nicotine. I was amazed by what I had felt and saw with my own eyes. Over the years I decided to see my hypnotherapist for weight and anxiety issues and was amazed by the results that I got from each tailored session.
After the birth of my son in 2013, with my life upside down once again, I decided that once I was back on my feet I wanted to give something back to those who needed help too. With this belief system in place, I decided to train as a Hypnotherapist, NLP life coach, teacher of Mindfulness Meditation and Mental Health First Aider. It is now a pleasure to help those who are in need of an alternative and holistic approach to healing.
You could say that I have a personal first-hand insight of the difficulties involved in yo-yo dieting, stopping smoking, anxiety issues and how to overcome them. I am now proud to say that I have experience of helping people take back control of their lives.
Me…I am a busy mum to my young son. I run my own holistic therapy business, and previously worked as long haul Cabin Crew and was one of the company’s Mental Health First Aiders, as well as Fear of Flying volunteers. I have a passion for the holistic therapy, travelling and outdoor adventure. I am a keen trail and fell runner, cyclist and outdoor adventurer. Keeping mind and body fit is very important to my wellness and keeps me grounded with my busy lifestyle…
