Initial consultations are done by telephone conversation at a time convenient to you. This will usually take no more than half an hour and will allow me to understand the changes that you wish to take place. There are a number of techniques that could be used and this will give me the chance to explain them to you and for you to ask any questions.
Online sessions from the comfort of your own home, or one-to-one sessions, will take place at the premises that I work from in Aston Fields, Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. I work from a private and comfortable room, which will allow us to discuss your issues and decide on techniques to use and the amount of sessions required. Sessions usually last 60 to 90 minutes depending on the issues being dealt with. The session will usually be based around hypnosis, combining NLP, Mindfulness and EFT techniques too. During the hypnosis session I will guide you slowly into a very relaxed state where you will have full control over whether you take my positive suggestions onboard or not. You will also have full control over ending the session if you so wish. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis and only you can allow yourself to relax into a trance like state. I will be your guide only… when you are deeply relaxed you are more open to positive suggestions. Bypassing the conscious mind (critical mind) you are more able to make the changes desired. Once totally relaxed, you may find that you feel a ‘floating’ sensation or a very heavy sensation. Everybody’s experience is different. All I do know is that you will feel very relaxed and you will emerge feeling calm and peaceful.
As we continue through the sessions, you should notice an increased level of confidence, improved self-esteem, feeling less stressed and more in control of your life. Hypnosis will work for most people, most of the time. Most people can allow themselves to enter a hypnotic state as long as they are willing to relax and follow the therapist’s suggestions.
