Clinical hypnotherapy, which is hypnosis with therapy, is where you are gently put into a relaxed state so that you can bypass the conscious mind (the logical side of your mind) and talk to the subconscious mind to help you to make the changes you want in your life. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis and you have full control at all times. You cannot and will not be made to do anything you do not want to do. After the session you will leave feeling calm and relaxed, which is a therapy in itself.
Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)
Neuro refers to your neurology; Linguistic refers to language; Programming refers to how that neural language functions. In other words, learning NLP is like learning the language of your own mind!
It is all about bringing changes in perception, responsible communication and developing choices of responses or communication in a given situation. NLP works on the principle that everyone has all the resources they need to make positive changes in their own life.
