At Mind-Retreat, I utilise various techniques to create positive change based around Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness, NLP and EFT. I use these techniques to communicate with your unconscious mind, in order to speed up the process of how you are able to learn and experience change in behaviour, as well as your thinking patterns.
Our emotions can affect our everyday life both psychologically and physically. Deep seated emotions can manifest as physical symptoms, phobias, insomnia, changes in behaviour and many more – each of us is different.
At Mind-Retreat, I will personalise your session to your needs.
Weight Issues
I specialise in helping clients with weight issues and weight reduction.
I coach clients through a 5-week plan to get the results they desire, by using a combination of techniques.
Clients receive weekly weighing and measuring charts, to keep track of progress. Also, there are weekly information booklets and 4 hypnotherapy recordings to refer to, after the course has finished. This allows clients to take control and stay on track.
Dealing with cancer
Many studies validate hypnosis’s effectiveness in helping cancer patients. Hypnosis taps into the subconscious mind and rewires negative thought patterns. The result is a stronger more positive mental state. Essential for healing during and after cancer.
Smoking Cessation
Hypnotherapy has the highest success rate to help smokers give up…for good!
Fear of Flying
I worked as Cabin Crew for 14 years and have mentored many nervous passengers through their flight.
Anxiety
Public speaking, social events, daily life, etc – anxiety can be detrimental in a variety of settings.
Bad Habits
It is not always easy to give them up and they can cause tension in relationships and daily life – I can help you work through them.
Fears and Phobias
A safe, understanding and relaxed environment helps us explore and alleviate these issues.
If you are suffering from physical pain or symptoms, or feel you may have a medical illness, it is recommended that you seek medical attention from your GP before trying any form of complementary therapy.
